Incredible and great breakfast, we didn't feel like leaving.
It was airy, large and with tv. The location was great for Dublin, near to town centre, Temple and O'Connell Street and the tram stop. We went to Caulfield's Hotel, located close to the property, to have some dinner.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely book here again. It was truly a great stay on holidays, the hotel met the needs. Marvellous and unbeatable location so close to drumcondra. The bus line, and buses very regular. Pubs and cafés were right at the property.

The guest house is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a city break. The staff members are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The double room is spacious, well-equipped with a TV and a built-in wardrobe, and has a nice, airy feel. Its location close to Croke Park Stadium is a big plus.
